Fixed bug with DCC Very Heavy Load. If loco leaves neutral with
Very Heavy Load on, and then throttle reduced to 0, the loco stops quickly,

Fix a bug where in DCC, if the ditch lights are strobing with the horn and
a direction switch occurs or the loco goes into neutral, the ditch lights

Fixed bug:
When User Defined Speed Tables CV67-CV94 are used, and the
speed step == 127, the locomotive's speed drops by
approximately 50% from its speed at speed step 126.
This bug does not occur when pre-defined speed tables are used or
when a default linear speed table is used.
This bug was introduced after v7-18-2s (11-Dec-06)
so only v7-19-0s firmware is affected.

Fixed bug: DCC Extended Shutdown, Marker Lights do not turn off

Fixed bug: With the 1st Generation EMD diesel releases,
in extended shutdown there is a silent period after the
1st motor shuts down, then the 2nd motor shutdown plays with
the hatch open/close in the middle of this sequence.
This affects all the 1st Generation EMD diesel releases since
Tuesday, 20-Mar-07: v7-19-0s, v7-20-0s, v7-22-1s, v7-22-2s,
v7-23-0s, and v7-23-0.
